Introduction

This 35-day Project Coordination Executive Mini Master develops advanced knowledge and practical skills required to support successful project delivery through effective coordination, resource management and communication.

The program focuses on project fundamentals, resource control, coordination methods, scheduling, communication tools and reporting practices. Participants will learn how to support project teams, manage project information, coordinate activities, monitor progress and improve collaboration between stakeholders.

Through practical frameworks, project management tools, case studies and applied projects, participants will develop the ability to improve project coordination effectiveness and support successful project outcomes.

The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the project coordination concepts and tools learned throughout the Mini Master to analyze a real organizational project challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.
